One involved employee continued to operate the vehicle before receiving retraining on relevant topics.

29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): Traffic regulations including authorized plant speed limits were not observed. The truck was not kept under control at all times and a safe distance of approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead was not maintained. A) The Timken Company, Bucyrus OH: On or about October 15, 2019, a employee operating a forklift on the main storage aisle way ran into the back of another forklift. A safe distance was not maintained which resulted in struck by hazards.
