29 CFR 1910.213(s)(9): Push sticks or push blocks shall be provided at the work place in the several sizes and types suitable for the work to be done. At 3455 beck Blvd., Naples, Florida, 34114: On or about October 4th, 2019 and at times prior, an employee who was cutting base, was exposed to an amputation hazard while operating a table saw that was not equipped with a guard to protect the worker from the rotating blade of the equipment at its point of operation.
