This condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

Framers were engaged in residential framing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels without fall protection training.  Two employees were installing trusses and sheathing on a three story residential building, working on the outer edges with no fall protection at heights of 20-25 feet.  This condition exposed employees to falls from height.

Two employees were installing trusses and sheathing on a three story residential building without the use of fall protection, and were actively engaged in framing activities on the edge of the building.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-25 feet.   Y&T Layout was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335019, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4682 Hahns Peak Drive, Loveland, CO 80534.
