29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer:    On or about October 16, 2019, and at times prior thereto, throughout the facility where employees were exposed to respiration and skin infection hazards while wearing tight fitting 3M brand half face respirators without properly cleaning and disinfecting the respirators.    Sesco Cement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.134 (h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209161, citation number 1 item number 2d and was affirmed as a final order on February 07, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8510 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044.    Sesco Cement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.134 (h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1318392, citation number 1 item number 1e and was affirmed as a final order on December 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8510 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044.
