On or about October 17, 2019, and at times thereto, employees operated an Omga FP 4000 upcut saw to cut wood material in the S4S Department. The saw did not have proper guarding to prevent employee exposure to the point of operation, thereby exposing employees to an amputation hazard.      b. On or about October 17, 2019, and at times thereto, employees operated a Whirlwind upcut saw to cut wood material in the Door Department. The saw did not have proper guarding to prevent employee exposure to the point of operation, thereby exposing employees to an amputation hazard.      c. On or about October 17, 2019, and at times thereto, employees operated a Whirlwind upcut saw to cut wood material in the Drawer Box Department. The saw did not have proper guarding to prevent employee exposure to the point of operation, thereby exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
