On or about 10/17/2019, at ExxonMobil Baytown Refinery in Baytown Texas, the employer failed to perform internal inspections for pressure vessel, Feed Knockout Drum D-400, in accordance with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices such as America Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 510 - 2014 (Pressure Vessel Code: In-service Inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration), Section 6.5.1.1
