Location: a) By the doorway on the northwest side of the jobsite: On or about October 21, 2019; Workers were spraying water on ACM material as it was being loaded into containers. They sprayed from under a wall that had been identified as damaged and weak. The employer did not inspect the jobsite to ensure employees were not working in hazardous areas.
