29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs necessary to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards:  Employees exposed to struck-by and fall hazards.  At the jobsite located at 24156 W. 97th Terr Lenexa, KS:  Employees engaged in framing work using pneumatic nailers and powered tools were exposed to hazards such as struck-by and fall hazards in that the employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.

At the jobsite located at 24156 W. 97th Terr Lenexa, KS:  Employees engaged in ground hand activities working below employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not utilized.

At the jobsite located at 24156 W. 97th Terr Lenexa, KS:  Employees engaged in framing activities using pneumatic nailers were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  At the jobsite located at 24156 W. 97th Terr Lenexa, KS:  Employees engaged in residential framing activities, walking the top plates, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet 4 inches from the top plates of the residence in the back exterior to the ground below and 10 feet 10 inches in the front exterior to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
