Lenexa, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet from the working surface to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  Sotelo Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439314, citation number 1, item number 4and was affirmed as a final order on 02.25.2020, with respect to a workplace located at 24156 W. 97th Terr Lenexa, KS.
