On or about October 18, 2019, an employee was exposed to lacerations and burn hazards while operating the Wilton Turret Milling machine to drill holes in steel tubing because the chuck and drill bit were not guarded.    b.  On or about October 21, 2019, employees were exposed to lacerations and burn hazards while operating the American Hole Wizard to drill rock chute liners because the chuck and drill bit were not guarded.    c. On or about October 21, 2019, an employee was exposed to lacerations and burn hazard while operating the Bickford Chipmaster to drill holes in wood beams and the chuck and drill bit were not guarded.
