29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in detail as required by the regulation: CONGLOBAL INDUSTRIES, LLC, Joliet, IL - On or about October 22, 2019, the employer failed to record the following workplace injuries in the detail required by the regulation on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2019. a. On or about July 30, 2019, a recordable injury occurred when an employee sprained the right knee when exiting stairs at rear of a truck, resulting in 22 days of restricted time. The information in Column F was not recorded in the detail required, as it did not describe the object that directly injured the employee.
