29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan blade guards, where the periphery of the blades were less than seven feet above the floor or working level, had openings larger than one half inch.: a) Paint Booth: On October 22, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to work and walk around the paint booth exhaust fan that was missing a guard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use.: a) Paint Booth: On October 22, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals and substances such as but not limited to, primers, urethanes, urethane activators, and acrylics, in that the employer had not changed the MSDS' over to SDS' as required by Global Harmonization .
