29 CFR 1910.140(d)(3): Body belts are prohibited as part of a personal fall arrest system. On or about October 22, 2019 an employee was wearing a body belt as part of a fall protection system while operating an order picker. The employee was exposed to hazards associated with wearing inadequate personal fall arrest equipment. No abatement or documentation or certification is required.
