29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a. In the production area at the sorting belt, on or about 10/24/19: The armored cable leading from the emergency stop at the sorting belt had separated from the box and presented a sharp edge which could cut the conductor insulation. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
