29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 3307 3rd Avenue North, Billings, MT: On or about October 23, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 26 feet while conducting roofing operations on a 8-12 pitch roof.
