29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) At the above referenced inspection site, on or about October 25, 2019 and at times prior to, employees engaged in roofing activities where required to work from heights greater than 6 feet. The employer failed to ensure fall protection measures where taken, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet.
