29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Jobsite, Hawthorne Court, Irwin, PA: On or about October 25, 2019 employees engaged in residential construction, performing roofing work, were not protected from falling between 10 and 25 feet to the ground by guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were positioned on an 11/12 pitch roof in various spots where the fall hazard ranged from 10 to 25 feet.
