29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section: a) 2004 N. 8th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122 - The employer did not provide employees working in an excavation, at a depth of approximately 10.5 feet in type B soil, with a protective system, thus exposing the employees to cave-in hazards. This condition was observed on October 28, 2019.
