Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 10/24/2019 Location: On the roof of a two story new residence under construction at 2410 SE 21 street Fort Lauderdale, FL, 1) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to ground level while performing roofing work and not using any means of fall protection system.
