On or about 11/23/2020, at 2410 Inlet Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from falling slate tiles, tools, and cement bucket while working adjacent to and under the eave of a roof.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 11/23/2020 at 2410 Inlet Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, employees were exposed to a 12-foot fall hazard while installing slate tiles on a roof without the use of fall protection on the roof sections of a two story residential building that was under construction.   The Euro Tech Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440914, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/23/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2410 SE 21 Street Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
