Throughout the production plant of The Quikrete Companies, located at 11640 Camden Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218: On or about October 30, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip and/or fall hazards, in that passageways, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
