Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles may have no live parts normally exposed to employee contact. However, rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located at least 2.44 m (8.0 ft) above the floor may have exposed terminals. On or about October 23, 2019, at the Cactus Rig #148 jobsite; on the backside wall of trailer #SK011, a 110/120V electrical receptacle outlet box was pulled out of the wall exposing the live inner electrical connections. This condition exposed employees electrical shock hazards.
