29 CFR 1926.405(b)(3)(i): Boxes shall provide a complete enclosure for the contained conductors or cables. South of the foundation: The female end of the extension cord used to power the saw to cut wood was removed and replaced with a receptacle box. There was an opening on the receptacle box where the receptacle had become separated from the faceplate, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
