29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(4)(ii): In work operations where employees only handled chemicals in sealed containers which were not opened under normal conditions of use, the employer did not maintain copies of any material safety data sheets that were received with the shipment: Sales Floor: Safety data sheets were not maintained for the chemicals stored and stocked on shelves for resale, exposing employees to chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii) as required by 1960.8(b): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Warehouse: The disconnect box for the BACE Bailer switch had two openings in the side, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) Warehouse Bay 3: The junction box for the roll up door controls, labeled Bldg 2615, was missing a knockout plug, exposing employees to electrical hazards. The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358026, Notice Number 1, Item Number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 103 Lawson Drive Building 1991, Charleston AFB SC 29404. The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1232772, Notice Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/08/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 17601 25th Street Beale AFB, CA 95903.
