Laminating Spray Booth - On or about October 30, 2019, where employees were exposed to hazards while spraying flammable adhesive, the employer did not maintain a visible gauge or audible alarm to inform the employee that there is sufficient air flow in the booth. ARTISAN DISPLAY, INC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD (29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i)) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1442290, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2a, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 1, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1239 E 6th STREET, RED HILL, PA.
