OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire hazards.    Instance a.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, Bloom 1 in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that metal shelves did not protrude into the egress.      Instance b.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, Bloom 2 in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that metal shelves did not protrude into the egress.      Instance c.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that containers of fertilizer mixture did not block the egress.      Instance d.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and times prior thereto, in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that the door used to exit the building was clearly visible and marked with an illuminated "EXIT" sign.      Instance e.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and times prior thereto, in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that there were at least two remotely located means of egress, from Bloom 1 and Bloom 2, to minimize the possibility that more than one has the potential to be blocked by any one fire or other emergency condition.    Instance f.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and times prior thereto, in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that the door used to enter the Bloom 1 room was clearly marked with a "NOT AN EXIT" sign.       Instance g.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and times prior thereto, in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that the door used to enter the Bloom 2 room was clearly marked with a "NOT AN EXIT" sign.     Instance h.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and times prior thereto, in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that the door used to enter the dry room was clearly marked with a "NOT AN EXIT" sign.       Instance i.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, in the main grow building, the employer did not ensure that chemicals are not stored within the building egress.      Instance j.)  On or about November 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, in the veg building (connex), the employer did not ensure that chemicals are not stored within the building egress.
