29 CFR 1910.1026(j)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of chromium (VI): Employees engaged in spray painting and support activities were exposed to hexavalent chromium health hazards in that the floor, outside the regulated area and in inside section 3a spray painting support area, had a hexavalent chromium accumulation of 49.1470 µg/100cm2.
