29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  a)  On or about February 10, 2019; verification and abatement:  The employer failed to provide verification of abatement for citation 1, item number 2 from inspection 1442373 which was issued on November 19, 2019 and had a final contest date of January 22, 2020.  b)  On or about February 20, 2019; verification and abatement:  The employer failed to provide verification of abatement for citation 2, item number 1 from inspection 1442373 which was issued on November 19, 2019 and had a final contest date of January 22, 2020.  c)  On or about February 20, 2019; verification and abatement:  The employer failed to provide verification of abatement for citation 2, item number 2 from inspection 1442373 which was issued on November 19, 2019 and had a final contest date of January 22, 2020.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 31906 Kestrel Loop, Lot 274 Stonebridge, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about November 4, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured only 11 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 5 feet 1 inch to the ground below.
