29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) In cafeteria/lunchroom and locker room: Employer permits employees to consume food or beverages in an area where surfaces were contaminated with lead. Condition noted on 11/05/19. United Temps, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358056, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/14/19, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Marble Rd. Tuckahoe, NY 10707. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.
