29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about November 7, 2019, on the west exterior elevation of a hotel under construction located at 3423 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet - 7 inches when performing stucco preparation work on the roof of the building entrance while not being protected from falling to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: On or about November 7, 2019, on the west exterior elevation of a hotel under construction located at 3423 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to 12 feet - 7 inches when carrying a caulk gun in his hand while climbing down an extension ladder, which could cause him to lose his balance and fall.
