29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:  On or about January 22, 2021, at 2540 Del Lago Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while engaged in masonry work on a residential structure.
