29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms where the entire platform was not attached to the fork. On or about November 6, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were using a personnel work platform to install metal sheet siding on the steel building under construction without the entire platform attached to the fork, exposing employees to a fall hazard. The United Erectors 2, LLC company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193936, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 7, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7022 S. New Braunfels Ave. San Antonio, TX 78238.
