29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 16 Rue Cez, Artist's Walk, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ: On or about November 6, 2019, the employer did not ensure that two US Service Contractor & Trading Inc. employees installing siding from pump jack scaffolds were protected from falling. As such they were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet to the ground below.
