BOAT AND RIVER OPERATIONS BUILDING: Welding gas cylinders were stored with the regulators attached, exposing employees to fire hazards. NOTE: THIS APPLIES DURING THE TRANSPORTING, MOVING AND STORING COMPRESSED GAS CYLINDERS.
