29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 11/11/2019, GM Wentzville Assembly Center, located at 1500 East Hwy A, Wentzville, MO, did not conduct a complete periodic inspections of their Energy Control Program. An employee had an incident that severed his index, middle and ring fingers on his left hand. The victims last completed periodic inspection was dated back on 09/27/2018.
