29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a) Production Area, Cut Table #14: On or about November 13, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed one employee to struck-by, and burn hazards while performing maintenance service and repairs to a saw blade machine, in that; machine specific Lock-out/Tag-out training was not provided to authorized employees.
