29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Production Floor (Schuler Press Area): On or about November 12, 2019, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure employees utilized the hazardous energy control procedures when engaged in servicing and maintenance activities including but not limited to clearing jams in and around the metal scrap chute area; exposing employees to struck-by hazards, caught-in hazards and amputation hazards.  b) Production Floor (ADIA Press Area): On or about November 12, 2019, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure employees utilized the hazardous energy control procedures when engaged in servicing and maintenance activities including but not limited to clearing jams and changing dies; exposing employees to struck-by hazards, caught-in hazards and amputation hazards.  The Sodecia Automotive Auburn LP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366578, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on June 06, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8701 Elmwood Ave Suite 600, Kansas City, MO 64132.
