The stairway was not equipped with at least one handrail. Employees were exposed to fall hazard. b) On the stairway of the jobsite between third and attic floor level: On or about 11/19/2019, employees used stairway on site to access the attic floor level from the third floor level. The stairway was not equipped with at least one handrail. Employees were exposed to fall hazard.
