29 CFR 1926.651(e) Employee was not prohibited to be underneath load handled by lifting or digging equiptment:  Location: Intersection of Farm Rd and Macy Rd in Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510  a) On or about November 20th, 2019, two employees were exposed to a struck-by hazards due to standing under the bucket while it is in motion.  NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19

Location: In a trench located at the intersection of Farm Rd and Macy Rd in Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510  a) On or about November 20th, 2019, the competent person on-site did not remove the two employees from situation that could result in possible cave-in - two employees were inside an approximate 7ft trench by 5ft wide and 12ft long with vertical earth walls that were wet which added more weight.
