29 CFR 1910.1048(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include formaldehyde in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200).  a) Vestas Blades Americas at 1500 East Crown Prince Boulevard in Brighton, CO: On and before November 20, 2019, the employer did not include formaldehyde in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200). Employees worked as blade repair technicians. Blade repair technicians mixed Ampreg 21 Resin with Ampreg 21 Fast Hardener. Ampreg 21 Resin contained 10-25% formaldehyde. This exposed employees to formaldehyde.
