29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:                                                                   The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from electrical hazards. This was most recently documented at 1851 E. 32nd Ave., Columbus, Nebraska 68601 on November 20, 2019.  A flexible cord on the Kristler 3-ton overhead hoist hand control did not have strain relief on it to prevent wires from being exposed.
