DBA Wheatland Tube - On or about November 20, 2019, and at times prior thereto: employees required to wear 3M brand, N100, particulate respirators during concrete mixing and pouring were not provided medical evaluations to determine if they were medically able to wear such respirators Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
