29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about November 13, 2019, at Lot 157, 140 Maple Brook Drive, Cumming, Georgia:    Two employees performing siding work were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tool and materials of the employee working above them from a pump jack scaffold while they worked beneath him on the ground without wearing head protection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:    On or about November 13, 2019, at Lot 157, 140 Maple Brook Drive, Cumming, Georgia:    a) An employee performing siding work was exposed to struck-by hazards from Hardy board dust while operating a Makita 5007MG, 7.25" circular saw to cut Hardy board siding without wearing eye protection.    b) An employee performing siding work was exposed to struck-by hazards from nails and Hardy board chips while operating a nail gun without wearing eye protection.
