29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 11/8/19, at the 2311 Sparta Way, Braselton, Georgia job site, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Subcontractors were exposed to fall hazards greater than 15 ft. as they worked from scaffolds performing mason work at the site.
