29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: JOB SITE: 4900 Six Flags Road, Eureka, MO 63025, on or about 11/22/2019, the employer did not ensure that employees on a walking/working surface were protected with a guardrail system with the top edge of top rails at least 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking/working surface. The existing guardrail system around the trash compactor top edge of top rails measured approximately 37 inches above the walking/working surface.
