29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  a. In the Axis Games office, there was indication of water leakage, by discolored and damaged ceiling tiles.  There were two small patches of apparent mold growth on the floor. b. In the Knock Em Out stockroom, there was indication of water leakage damage on the inside ceiling. c. In the Mystery stockroom, there was a small patch (approximately 1 sq. ft.) of apparent mold growth on the wall next to the exterior door. d. In the Games warehouse, there was a small area of water damage from rain water leaking on a back corner wall of the room.  Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
