Quality Lab: The railing provided at the top landing of the access stairs was measured to be 35.5 inches high. B. Main Production Floor, Mezzanine: The railing provided along the open side of the mezzanine was measured to be 36 inches high.

29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guiderail system and the walking-working surface: Main Production Floor, Mezzanine: On, or about, December 10, 2019, a midrail had not been provided along the open side of the mezzanine. The distance between the floor curb and top rail was measured to be 22.5 inches wide.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: Warehouse, Battery Charging Room: On, or about, December 10, 2019, adequate working space had not been maintained in front of a bank of electrical panels and disconnect switches located along the wall. The required working space of 42 inches had been reduced down to 31 inches in front of the main disconnect switch and 38 inches in front of a Square D I-Line panelboard.
