29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On November 26, 2019, for employees exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet when installing shingles on a 4:12 pitch roof where lifelines were not connected to their body harnesses in vicinity of 17th Avenue SW & 42nd Street SW in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1396129, Citation 1, Item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8719 West Nikita Drive in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
