29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): The driver shall be required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed. If the load being carried obstructs forward view, the driver shall be required to travel with the load trailing.  On or about November 11, 2019, a Material Handler operating a powered industrial vehicle did not slow down when entering aisle AJ and struck an employee.  Material stacked on the corner of the aisle obstructed the forklift operator's vison, increasing the Material Handler's stopping distance, resulting in the operator hitting another employee.
