29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about November 26, 2020, employees engaged in framing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection. Ascencio Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1211875, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2171 Enchanted Winds, El Paso, TX 79932.
